How it works

    Who does what, what gets re-typed, where the chasing happens. A written proposal within a week.

  2. We tailor the template

    Your terms, forms, stages and branding. Migration of what you have today, training for the office, a walkthrough for the crew.

  3. It runs as yours alone

    One private deployment used by nobody else, hosted where you need it, with a backup copy in your own office.

  4. We stay responsible for it

    Dedicated support from day one: a report-a-problem button inside the app, a support address that opens a ticket, and a reply within one business day. One monthly fee covers that, updates, tested backups, small changes and the services it runs on.

What you can count on

You own it.A perpetual licence to the result, your data, your files and your configuration. If you ever leave, you get everything in standard formats within fifteen days.
